Bioconjugate Chemistry provides centralized access to multidisciplinary, groundbreaking research in conjugation chemistry. It reports on key advances concerning the covalent attachment of active molecules to biopolymers, surfaces, and other materials. Coverage spans conjugation of antibodies and their fragments, nucleic acids and their analogs, liposomal components, and other biologically active molecules with each other or with any molecular groups that add useful properties. Topics include studies of conjugate preparation and characterization; in vivo applications of conjugate methodology; molecular biological aspects of antibodies, genetically engineered fragments, and other immunochemicals; and the relationships between conjugation chemistry and the biological properties of conjugates.
