Authors from throughout the world cover morphologic, physical, physiologic, pharmacological, biochemical and molecular biological aspects of ophthalmology and experimental eye research. Articles on methodological problems are included as well. The results of new experimental research are also interpreted in light of their importance to the clinical work of the eye specialist. This journal provides a record of international research for both researchers and clinicians in ophthalmology.
